About

Opened in 2001, The Shaman's Den has been bringing high quality piercing and body jewelry to Binghamton, NY and the surrounding areas. Daniel was the FIRST member of the Association of Professional Piercers in Binghamton, NY in 2005, and now is the FIRST and ONLY member in Johnson City, NY, and the longest running member of the APP in New York State.

The body jewelry used at The Shaman’s Den is where we stand apart from most other studios. For fresh piercings, I only use the best possible body jewelry made here in the U.S.A. Materials used include implant grade titanium, implant grade stainless steel, and solid (not plated) gold, all polished to a mirror finish to help eliminate problems while healing. I am proud to use body jewelry manufacturers such as Anatometal, Industrial Strength, NeoMetal, LeRoi, BVLA for new piercings. And all of these companies back up their products with a lifetime guarantee if there is a manufacturing defect.

I found Dan to be very professional but also very sensitive to the process. He told me every step so I was completely prepared for what to expect. I highly recommend him!

Dan pierced my third holes last week, and it's been another great experience! He is always clean, polite and personable. I've seen him for face, ears and even a body piercing before. He will always be my go to guy. Thanks again, Dan! :)
